Refund policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pitpatdot.com. If your return is accepted, we'll inform you as to where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt.
  • Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
  • Prepaid return labels are currently not available. 
  • Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.
  • Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
